Howard County Library System (HCLS) is an award-winning public library in suburban Maryland, located between Baltimore and Washington, DC. Consistently ranked as a Five Star Library by Library Journal, we deliver public education to all.

Chapter Chats promotes many aspects of HCLS, including reviews of materials, online content, classes and events, and announcements.

Members of the HCLS team write and maintain the blog.
